Hutton's return from being out in the cold has been one of the plus points this season. On many fans' 'get rid' list before the season started, our answer to Begpie from Trainspotting has used the injury, and general shit form, of Corluka to establish himself as our first choice right back. His performances characterised by storming forward runs have allowed us to play a nominal right sided midfield player, knowing Big Al's overlaps mean the likes of VDV and Jenas can tuck in to help Luka and Hudd in the middle of the park. Great goal at Bolton by the way.

Still a little bit suspect at the back - you always shuffle uneasily in your seat when a tricky winger is running at him - but generally good stuff from Hutton so far this term and he has held onto the shirt despite the return to fitness of his closest challengers.
